Before you send your device for repair or replacement please follow these steps, and if your device won’t startup finish as many as you can.

1- Software Restoration

 
Device performance is highly affected by some software getting corrupted or inappropriate software installation.
 
Diagnostics can detect such problems and restoring software will solve them.
This is a paid service by Apple Authorized Service Providers.
 
At 365 Solutions all the Technicians are Apple Certified and trained to perform these diagnostics and help our customers to restore software and refresh their Apple device to perform as it should be.

2- Software Re-installation

 
Software re-installation is performed when a genuine software is not installed correctly or some problems appeared while customer was trying to upgrade some software or operating system. 
 
Our service team can help the customer to re-install software to insure that everything will be re-installed correctly.

1- Diagnosis

 
365 Solutions provide diagnosis for all devices coming in for repair.
If your device is out of warranty, you have the choice to get diagnosis done and obtain the diagnosis report which you can use later on when you decide to go ahead with the repairs.
All the diagnosis tools are provided and approved by Apple to provide you with a standard diagnosis report.
